Eligibility
Full: Full operational funeral company with registered storage facilities.
Limited: Operational funeral company pending rectification of full requirements, for 3 to 6 months.
Associate: Organisations or individuals supplying, providing services to, or professionally associated with the funeral industry.
Supporting documents
CIPC document, Copy of Director/s ID, Proof of Resident, SARS Document and Confirmation of Storage, as listed in the official joining form.
Professional conduct
All members agree to uphold the UFPASA Code of Conduct and Pledge.
Monthly affiliation: R2,000.00 per member.
Once-off application fee: to be confirmed. Additional charges are not included.
